Been looking at hotel prices for next Sept and saw Westgate Resorts have a sale on this Weekend, selling their rooms to the public at employee rates.
I was looking at their Blue Tree LBV property but I think they are all on sale.
My dates are £34 incl tax for a 1 bed villa instead of £89 regular rate(although other sites are not so high)

Direct http://www.wglakes.com/index.htm Change to GBP for UK prices
Or I went thru Trivago.co.uk, prices on there show in £'s.

It looks lovely. Did you book it?

Wayne, have you not considered the gatwick to Fort Lauderdale flights with Norwegian air.
They have gone up a little bit, since they released them, but I think they are really reasonable.
I wouldn't mind a night in FL,before driving onwards,although it would,nt be for everyone.
I'm just waiting for the nov LA ones to be released,as they are really decent prices.

Looks good Wayne and would consider it for the end of my January stay (to save DVC points for August big one!) but not keen on 10 am check out. Have a good (enough ;)) rate at Marriott's Spinghill Suites, which I think you may have used before, and their check out is noon.

Sure it's a great deal for some and hope you get those flights booked soon :goodvibes

Considered them on the day they were released for our July trip, could have booked for just over £400pp but as we would have to fly Friday to Friday we would miss 2 days (we want Thursday to Saturday) plus they arrive late evening into Fort Lauderdale which means losing another night in Orlando then travelling up the next day. Ontop of that the crazy journey to and back from Gatwick, not too bad going but 3+ hours drive after a 8 hour flight is a nightmare.
So we decided against them on release, now the price has risen to £600pp, Virgin MAN to MCO (we only live 50 mins from MAN) is £624pp, hope they drop a little then I will book with them.

For our other trip in Sept we have to get a taxi back from the airport, we leave from Leeds Bradford airport to Barcelona for a transatlantic cruise, a one way flight back, a taxi from Gatwick to Yorkshire will be far more than any saving flying into Gatwick. Plus again we would lose a day off our holiday flying Friday.

Didn't see the 10am check out. Not stayed at Sprinhill, only Fairfield's & Courtyard's
