Western River Expeditions

Last year about this time I think I asked if anyone has used Western River Expeditions for a trip through the Grand Canyon. DH and I made a reservation and the time is finally almost here!! This company has been wonderful from the first inquiry we made about the trip-7 days, 188 miles down the Colorado River! Can't wait. Anyone ever take one of their trips or a trip similar to this?

make sure you read the book "Over the Edge: Death in the Grand Canyon" either right before or during your trip. I did that last year, and it really made the book "come to life" as I saw the different places in the Canyon that the book mentioned.
