Western Excursions for the under 5 set

We're still trying to decide what excursions to do on the Western. Please help us? It's me and DH, who have already done the city/Stingray city tour in GC and the Tulum ruins in Cozumel, and our 2 kids. DS will be 5 1/2 yrs old and DD will turn 1 yr old two days before we set sail. DS is up for anything but it's DD that's causing us stress LOL What can we do with her? We're planning on KW by ourselves. We really don't want to do the day at the beach type thing. (We live 5 minutes from the beach, not the same as a Carribbean beach but still a beach) We love animals, seeing the sites, boats etc. Any suggestions? TIA

How about the jeep tour in Cozumel? You can do it if you have a carseat. The jeeps hold 4 - there is no off roading. They stop at a few places including the ruins a beach and a Tequila factory
