Western Excursion Recommendations?

Hi! We are going on the the Magic, western cruise on April 19,2008. I would love any recommendations on shore excursions as if you liked or disliked a particular excursion. Thanks for your help.

It is my husband and I, both 43, my son 13 and daughter 10.
