Western Caribbean excursions.. help me decide!

We are first time cruisers and will be able to book our excursions in about 2 weeks.. looking for ones that aren't overly pricey (though one that is more $$$ is fine). There are 4 of us, 2 adults and 10 and 11 year old girls..

looking for recommendations..

Grand Cayman
Falmouth, Jamaica

Nothing in Jamaica
And in CC we wing it

We have done Dunns River Falls in Jamaica. The 2nd time, we did the greathouse with a zip line and tubing sampler. In GC, we did the turtle farm, He!!, and island tour. In Cozumel, we did the ruins in Cozumel (not on the mainland) with beach stop and lunch. All were very good. Didn't like the vendors at the end of Dunns River though. CC we just wing it.

Dunn's River is amazing, as is swimming with the StingRays. We did Mayan ruins tour (Tulem?) in Cozumel. My husband loved it b/c he's into ancient religions. I was kind of bored, but did it for him. I think 10 and 11 year olds would hate it.

Jamaica- Dunns River Falls (claimed the waterfall), Conzumel- Playa Mia (Beach day), Castaway - rented snorkel gear to see underwater mickeys & fish. We had an snorkel excursion to Grand Cayman scheduled but it was canceled due to rain.

Book privately and save $, typically more personalized service and they always get you back in time.

Ricardo tours in Jamaica- Blue hole tour is absolutely amazing with a delicious pit stop for some authentic jerk chicken.

Nativeways in Grand Cayman- Sting ray tour, had the boat to ourselves while others around us had upwards of 75 + on them.
