Thinking of staying at these Villas. Had a few questions if anyone could offer some help.

-Any eating facility on property? Any good?
-Are some Villas far from the pool?
-Maid Service? Linens?

After a long day at the parks, we may not want to do the laundry and make our beds. Is there any maid service?

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Westgate Vacation Villas has no restaurant on site. But since it is right off 192, there are tons of places to eat in the area. They have a Pizza Hut on site.

You can pay extra for daily maid service. Not sure of the cost.

They have at least 10 pools, so each villa is near one or not really too far away.

How are the pools? Meaning, just a regular pool, or do any have slides, etc?

I have stayed at Westgate Villas. All the villas are close to pools. There is very little to do onsite. The Villas themselves are beautiful (but avoid the one-bedrooms ... very small) (they never show one bdrms in their villa pictures).

My opinion? If you're getting a killer deal, go for it ... but get ready for the most obnoxious hard-sell you've ever encountered in the time share business. Westgate will take up half your vacation time trying to convince you to buy.

Westgate has basic pools, no slides, etc. I also agree about the hard sell and watch out for some of the older units that are not kept up very well..(2 people have attested to this)

Yes. We had maintainence problems as well, including the oversize jacuzzi in the bedroom going nuts and spraying very hot water all over the entire bedroom ... never fixed during our stay.

Also, if for some reason you decide to buy anything from them (even a single one-week vacation), make sure they show you exactly what you are buying. I bought the single week (one-time) from them for a one bedroom, having been shown a two bdrm and told that they were exactly the same ... just one less bedroom. Imagine my disappointment when we arrived at our one bdrm to find that the entire unit would fit in the livingroom of the two bedroom that I had been shown. Add to that the construction right outside our door and I really left with a bad taste in my mouth.

I was tempted by the low-low price --- but when calling found the old bait-and-switch. I asked for a one bedroom unit - and was assured that is what I would get. I gave them my credit card to confirm the reservation ... and after they had my credit card number .... whoops, they did not really have any one bedroom units available but they would give us a ROOM for the same price at some other motel.
I cancelled. Just hope my credit card is OK.
