Darn! I wish I could go, but alas I have no vacation time left. Using it to go to Disneyland in March.

They will have to do better than that if they ever want me to use WestJet to get to Orlando.

I just priced out a fake trip as the deal is only available until Apr.20 2011. and choose the lowest fare deal (which most were the most horrible flights possible) and the total for 2 return from Abbotsford was over $1000 Canadian. Not worth it. Even if they dropped the flights to $99, I doubt I would fly with them. The flight times are awful from Abbotsford/Vancouver. No, I am not waiting in the airport for 4 hrs or more for the connecting flight. Nor do I wish to travel to Toronto and then either sleep at an airport hotel/motel or wait til the morning for a flight to Orlando.

I'll drive the few hours to Seattle and get decent flight times and a better price.

I hope someone at another airport in Canada can get a deal, but this is no deal out this way!

Hey Fellow Lower Mainlander,

I'm up the road in Maple Ridge. I agree, we're flying out of Seattle. The kicker was it cost double the price to fly out of Vancouver and you still had to connect in Seattle anyways. Go figure.

I booked a fake trip from YYC and was able to book all five of us return including taxes and seat selection fees for 2020.00. However I didn't book because travel was only until April...shucks. ETA: Super craptastic flight times btw. Westjet is based out of Calgary but I would have had to fly to Edmonton to get a direct flight to MCO.
