West coast DVC gathering/party?

Last known (to me) DVC gathering on the west coast was May 2008 and it was their first one. I added on to AKL and overall had a blast. I'd love to attend another but havent heard or received any sort of notification of one since.

Anyone out there have info on a west coast DVC gathering/party? Thanks

I haven't heard of any official DVC sponsored events ... but an informal gathering of SoCal Timeshare owners is brewing over on the Timeshare Users Group (TUG) site. See link: SoCal TUG Get-together Sunday 1/17/2010 @ Noon

We have not heard of a large gathering, however, our guide informed us that they now do "Welcome Home Sundays", like the Welcome Home Wednesdays in Florida. We could not attend on our last visit, but plan to when we go in January.
