west coast cruises...what are you wondering about?

I could not see them eliminating Pirate night...especially since it seems to be so popular. And on the Repo cruises they have 14 nights to fill with entertainment so I would think keeping the Pirate night would be a good idea....

When the CM was talking to me, we were talking in context to the 7 day cruises, not the 14 day repos. Not sure what their plan is on those but I'm sure you could call DCL in a few weeks an they'll have your schedule also. :flower:

Luggage Handling?

I would like to know if the same deal applies with the luggage if you purchase Disney transfers. We are sailing on 7/17/05 the six day West Coast cruise with a 3-night prestay at DLH. It is so convenient to have the Disney people handle your luggage (take it from airport to hotel, hotel to port) . I saw a tv commercial today that stated that Disney was providing this service (luggage handling) free of charge for guest staying at WDW.

My daughter and I are on the july 17th sailing as well! You are the only other person I've seen who's cruising on this date.

I too am wondering if they are going to handle the luggage the way that they do now in Florida. And if they are......will it be as smooth?!

I am also wondering if the CM's are excited that they are coming to California. Has anyone asked them while they were on the Magic recently?

No Pirate Night? When did we hear they wouldn't do that for us? That makes no sense. I mean, they've got more time to fill and it's been so successful. We may not be starting in the Caribbean, but we'll be ending there and the East Repo, begins there, so why wouldn't we have a pirate night too. I will be seriously bummed, because my whole family bought tons of pirate garb for the West Coast repo and we've been looking forward to it.

Again to clarify ;) , when I was talking to the CM, he and I were talking in context to the 7 day Mexican Riviera cruises, not the repo cruises. I'm not sure what wonderful things they have planned for the repo cruises nor did I ask the CM, but I'm sure if you call next week they'll have info for you as well, since he told me they expected to have the info established for the Mexico cruises by then.... :teeth:
