Were you taxed on the DDP when you added it??

I am curious? When you stay on points at a DVC resort and add dining do you pay tax on it? I have gotten conflicting answers here on the board and I can't figure it out on my confirmation email from Disney because they just put the package price. They don't break it down. I got a 40% discount package. Anyway...... I asked tonight when I called CRO about the DDP cost with or without tax. We have ONE day booked with the DDP at BC ...the day before our DVC ressie starts at BCV. Thanks

Hmmm... good question. I didn't think it was, to be honest. But now I'm not sure.

There is tax but the published prices include the tax. The standard DDP is $39.99 per adult, per night, and that fee includes tax.
