Were you ever sent to the Principal's office??

Sent... it got the point where my desk was next to his.

In fact I think I still owe some detetion time...

Hi....my name is Stephanie.....and I was a teacher's pet....

BIG TIME

Course when your dad is "the law" you don't fear the principal as much as you fear daddy.....LOL

But I turned out okay

Although I would never admit this to my dd when she was younger (didn't want to promote bad behavior) the answer is definately yes. I found myself in a few uncomfortable situations during my Jr/Sr high school years.

I was a goody two shoes and teacher's pet all the way through high school :)

Yep. In 8th grade myself and a classmate were sent for goofing off in class. The VP gave us each three swats with a huge paddle (not softly either). We deserved it. That was in 1977. Of course these days we would have sued the VP, the school, the district, the lunch lady, our teacher, and the school mascot

I got detention my senior year of HS for leaving campus with some friends to go look for cow skulls in a nearby field, while we waited for class pictures to be taken.

Sorry, can't entertain you on this one.... I was a goody two shoes and Teacher's pet.... I saved all my mischief for yesterday and today!

So Kitty..... where's your story??

Oh my gosh! That's the first time I ever heard of anyone getting detention for that!! ROTFLMBBO!!!!!

Here's my story: I went to an all day Kindergarten for one. Every now and then a "naughty" child was sent to the big principal's office. Well, curiosity killed the cat so to speak and I just needed to find out what went on at this strange spot.

So......one day I decided I was going to find out. When they passed the lunch trays out, I took my whole tray of food and deliberately threw it on the floor!! (What a rebel I was!!!!)

I was successful!! I was lead straight to the office!! There I sat FOREVER in a hard little wood chair, watching all my classmates happily playing a few yards beyond the window on the playground. To this day I don't remember talking to the principal.....just sitting and sitting!!

I didn't lilke this at all. It was very boring. So guess what....I made sure I was NEVER sent again!!!:D :D :D

You went on purpose???? HELLO???? And exactly what would your curious little self have done if you'd have had Grog or Capt'n Nemo's principle??? And your mother thought what of this???

Oh ya. In fact I was telling the mothers of my kid's friends some of the trouble I got in and they kept saying "really, really, reaaaaaaaaallly????!!!!!!!!!" Nothing major, just skipping classes, drinking beer in the cornfields, cheating on tests, etc., etc. Somehow I also managed to be the teacher's pets, in fact one hid us in his supply closet so we wouldn't get busted skipping lunch. Just good clean fun!! I managed to get good grades too. I hope the kids take after their Dad.

Hey I was 5........hadn't given a lot of thought to what would happen once I was at the office!!! I was more focused on just getting there!!!:teeth: :teeth:

.......and my Mom? Well after 4 more children, she doesn't remember the incident!!!

oh yeah ! Always for fighting. My daddy always said I would be in big trouble if he ever found out i started a fight......and i would be in big trouble if he found out I didn't win a fight !

well, lets just say i never got in trouble with Dad.;)

Most definately in 2nd grade I recieved the paddle on the butt for fighting. In middle school a few times for numerous reasons and in high school for acting like a stupid teenager.

Oh yeah. Been there.

Now I didn't get a monument like Eros but I did get to know the business end of the "board."

I never been to principals office, got a detention, nor a been to jail, thats my story and im sticking to it

Many,many times!
I remember the very FIRST time was when I was in second grade.I was going to a Baptist private school then and one day,on the way back from morning services,I whopped some kid over the head with my bible for calling me ugly!:p My most memorable principle's office trips?
a)Starting a food fight in the cafeteria with a corndog heavily covered in mustard, ketchup and relish. It took three days to get all the food off the floors, ceiling and tables.
b)Getting into a fight with a girl whose nickname was "Big Bertha"(she was six feet tall and three hundred pounds in the 7th grade)because she tried to steal my pocket money. Not only did I get popped seven times for getting INTO the fight, but I also suffered a chipped tooth when Big Bertha smacked me across the mouth with a fistful of fake silver rings..ouch
c)Getting taken to the office for calling my World History teacher a fascist pig in HS
I was so bad....:p

....OH YEA... :jester: :jester:

Too many times to count. I went to a Catholic school for the first 8 years. Lets just say that the nuns were able to use some of their best torcher on me (most of witch has been outl awed by amnistey International) In 7th grade I spent the month of January having lunch with the principal, Sister Mary, a.k.a the bat.
In 8th grade I got 3 days off after the cop pulled me out of class for breaking the window of the old lady who lived next to the school with a snowball. I also had to do 40 hur of work around her house ( I think they call it community service now:rolleyes: )

All I can say about hgh school is I don't know what may parents were thinking when they sent me to public school.

Well I servived and now have 2 kids in private school both are doing fine (they take after their mother, thank God).
