Were You at MK Saturday, May 15th?

My Mom and I were fortunate enough to open the Magic Kingdom on Saturday, May 15th. Unfortunately, the CM who was attempting to take the video with my camera did not know how to use it and got nothing. The Kodak people were also supposed to be there to take still pictures.....guess what......they were not!

I am trying to find someone who may have been there that day and has some pictures of the opening with us in it. My Mom turned 78 on this trip. She is not in great physical condition, so it took a great effort for her to make it to the platform. This was a very special moment for us, and I am desperately trying to find someone who has pictures and would be willing to send me the file (if digital) or a print. I would be glad to pay any cost associated. If someone has video, I would also be willing to pay any expenses if I could get a copy.

Moderators, please don't move this thread. I have been trying on the Theme Parks board with no luck. I am hoping I will find someone by posting on different boards.

How did you get to "open" MK? I would love to do this on my trip. What time did you get there?
