I am looking for a good place to make reservation for christmas day dinner. We are used to having a large dinner ham, dumplings, rolls etc., anyone got any good ideas. Its gonna be 90 days out soon so i am trying to get my list ready to make our reservations. I am sure they will fill up fast for that time.

My first thought is LTT unless you want a glass of wine with dinner, then you need to leave the MK.

If you are looking for a Disney experience you could try CM.

We don't need the wine, just looking for a good meal. However from what i read by the time i can make our reservations we might not get any.

Subscribing because I would like to know. I was thinking LTT, too but I don't know if I want to get anywhere near MK on 12/25. I was thinking Epcot. Oh, so many decisions . . . :santa:

I really think you should go for a REALLY GOOD meal like...Captain Jacks downtown...maybe Hollywood and Vine?:rolleyes1 Whatever you do leave the nasty restraunts like LTT, Cal. Grill, 1900 park, etc. out of your list! Leave those for other people!:lmao:

If you'd like to avoid the parks, I recommend Whispering Canyon at the WL for all you can eat dinner. When we went for Thankgiving a few years ago, we had turkey and all the trimmings family style and pumpkin pie ala mode for dessert. There was so much food for dinner that we took our desserts back to the room and put the ice cream in the freezer. Good Luck!

Sshhhh...we don't want anybody to know about WC until I can book my ADR's on 9/26. :lmao:

I see that you're still fighting for your Christmas Dinner. :rotfl:
Relax she can't make her ADRs yet. :lmao:
BTW, I decided that we will be going to a resort for our Christmas dinner, so you won't have me as competition in the morning. :thumbsup2

I called Disney Dining today and asked what resorts would be serving Christmas dinner and she said they all should be. We all know that not all the CMs know what they are talking about, so we'll see. :goodvibes

OK - how bout this instead.
Forget WCC - way too much food and the servers are downright RUDE! They throw straws at you and get very impatient when you can't decide what to drink. They encourage all the children to make a racket with wooden horses pounding on the hard wood floors - could give one a headache. And whatever you do - don't ask for ketchup! :thumbsup2

Better?

Good luck and I hope you get your ressie.;)

We chose a resort for an early dinner...hoping for a peaceful meal , touring the resort and relaxing. However, we also booked Chef Mickeys for that morning..lol...the exact opposite...with crazy chaos! We are not planning to go into a park that day so we are eating, a lot!

I would definately look into one of the resorts for a christmas dinner. They all offer different types of fare and it would cut down a great deal on the competition from the people who want to eat at the parks.

You might find that there is something "untraditional" you might want to try.

I will fight to the death for my Christmas dinner! :lmao: Unfortunately I couldn't get WCC for dinner on Christmas day. I got a noon lunch ressie instead. I really hope they include the "Christmas dinner" at lunchtime too! Anyone who wants to give their Christmas dinner ressie up feel free to throw it my way! Or who knows, maybe we'll get our table at noon and "ponder" the menu until dinner starts at 5:00!:rotfl2:
