We're Soooooooooo Excited!!!!

.....and we just can't hide it!!!
My DD and I have decided for the sake of our sanity that we cannot possibly wait till next April's cruise for our dose of Disney, so we have booked a week at WDW staying at Port Orleans at the end of Aug. So like the tittle says, we are so excited.
Also this is my 75th post so to celebrate ( like Mickey Canada) I thought I would post it on the Canadian Visitors site.

Way to go! Which PO will you be staying at Riverside or French Quarter? Will this be your 1st cruise? If so, if you have any questions ask away. We went on the 7 day last Aug, and are going to PO Riveside beginning of Sept. for 6 days, then the 4 day cruise, and then 2 days at AKL. We can't wait! Part of it is a surprise for our DD8 and DS 6. They only know about the 6 days at WDW. Congrats on your 75th post and becoming a DIS veteran, here's to your next 925 posts!

We are not sure which PO we are staying at yet as we are on a request ? list with AC Vacations, but we have our flights. We will be going from Aug 27 to Sept 3rd. Is there any chance you could meet up with an 'old Montrealer' ( born and raised) ?
We did our first cruise on the Wonder last Dec. but we will be doing the 7 day Magic next year. Any ideas where to get a budget 5 day Park Hopper pass, without the Plus part, we still have leftovers from 99 for that?
This is going to be a very long 55 days!

The trip sounds so very exciting. You'll have most of the summer to pack and plan. Have a great trip! I wish we could take a impromptu trip, but when you own your own business, you have to book so far ahead.
Anyway, next January for us.

When you get more information on where exactly you are staying let me know. Maybe we will get a chance to meet, it all depends on what time we arrive in Orlando on Sept 2, and when you leave on the 3rd. Where did you originally live in Montreal? I live in Dollard des Ormeaux. As for the passes have you tried DU? Maybe, they will have a good price for you.

Thanks everyone for the congratulations re my Veteran's status. I thought 75 posts were great till I started to notice how many posts other people have and now I feel humbled by their numbers, their greatness and ' their ability to type so much'

Hi Mickey Canada, I don't know yet re which site we will be on, but I do hope we can meet. I lived on Ile Perrot all my life till I moved to away for school then back again for two years till I joined the Navy in Halifax. I'll let you know re site when I hear.

We found out today that we will be staying at the French Quarter site of the Port Orleans. We will be checking out around 11am on the 3rd. If you do think we might have a chance to meet please email me.
