Okay right off the top I will say that I was expecting the crowds Thanksgiving week to be really bad. I'm happy to say they are pretty good so far. But tomorrow is Thanksgiving so we will see what the next 3 days hold. But in the meantime I will fill you in on what we have done so far.

MK arrived there at 8:30pm, very crowded until 12am and then from 12-3am, dead dead dead. But with the crowds we were still able to do pooh with a fastpass, TTA, Small world, Philharmagic, all walk ons during the crowded time. Saw wishes as well, then from 12-3am, we went on most everything that we wanted to and even twice for that matter. CArpets, Jungle Cruise, Pirates,BTMR, Splash Mountain, Peter pan, buzz lightyear, and dumbo. My 4 yr.old lasted until 3am believe it or not. We even got to ride dumbo with Goofy, and Chip and Dale. That was really cool.

Epcot was not too bad, except for Soarin and TT, but we will catch those another day, other wise walk ons or 15 min waits, went that night over to HS and saw the lights and walked right on ToT at the last 1/2 hour of the evening. Also did the playhouse disney dance party with the characters during the EMH, that was cool. My DS and DD was dancing with all the characters.

Daytime: AK...now this was horrible I've never seen it so bad. So we chose to mostly do animal things that we didn't have to wait for and Rafiki's planet watch, etc. got to see jimmy and Terk with barely a wait, which was cool, and my DD went in the single rider line at EE and only waited 20min.(I reccomend this), where the standby was running 40min.
Night: MK for the wishes dessert party at 9pm, this was really wonderful and had a great view of the castle. I would reccomend you try this at least once if you can part with $20 pp. desserts were yummy. loved sipping my coffee out of a real mug and looking at the castle, we also were able to see part of spectro from there. Now at 10:30pm we decided to go over to splash mountain.....again....total WALK ON, went twice in a row again(can you tell we like this ride), and then watched 11pm spectro from frontierland where there were maybe like 30 people. There was no one there, and that made it really cool.

HS today, not bad at all except that TSM was 100min. wait, but lucked out and got the very last fastpasses of the day. But you could get fastpasses up until 3pm or so for the other rides. No waiting though for any of the shows, just walked right in about 15min. before showtime. Also had a great lunch at the brown derby.
Went back to AK for the EMH just for an hour from 10-11pm. Again....no one there....all walk ons, rode EE 3 times in a row and dinosaur and did a little shopping as well.
So far all in all we have been avoiding the crowds for the most part. There are many times where it is empty, you just have to know what to focus on at what time. I'll keep you all posted as to how this holiday weekend goes, expecting it to be crazy, we shall see.
