Welcome to the dis! I lurked for ages too before I joined and created an account...now I am on here daily. I only recently learned about some of the boards (community boards - you can post about any topic - not just disney related) and W.I.S.H board - I can't remember exactly the title - something like We are Inspired to Stay Healthy - as I recently began a healthier lifestyle journey. So I encourage you to explore and not take as long as I did to find all the things available that suit your interests.
