...of a resale purchase at BWV. The closing is being handled by Timeshare Closing Services, Inc. The original contract projected a closing date of June 12th. We received the final papers to sign on Wed. 5/8. The papers said that in order to close, all paperwork must be received by May 14th. No problem on our end, we signed and mailed back everthing with our final check on 5/9. My question is this....if the seller gets their signed papers back by 5/14 and all of the funds are in escrow, will the escrow close within a day or two of the 14th??? And then from the point of the deed recording when can we expect the points to be under our membership number??? Wondered when it would be appropriate to call MS to see. We are already members with the same resort/use year so there won't be a new membership number. Thanks in advance for your responses.

I should mention that Timeshare Closing Services, Inc. is the title company that the Timeshare Store uses. Just in case that was throwing anyone. I know many of you have purchased through the Timeshare Store. Thanks again.
