We're having pavers installed in our driveway! Update~Post#5/It's done!

Looks great Rita! Love the color you picked. I think we have "Colonial" which is more on the reddish tone. I think pavers make a house look classier!

We did not have ours sealed ~ are you going to?

The color that we chose is called Old Chicago. From what I was told, there is a chemical reaction that occurs that causes the pavers to get a white residue. So, we have to wait until that happens, then it can be removed and sealed.

Thanks for the compliments! We are thrilled with the results. We are definitely having it sealed.

There are very few projects that we've had done that went way better than we expected, this was one of them. Wilma did a number on our landscaping last year, very few plants did well/survived. This time around, we are going with native plants.

Oooooh fancy schmancy! It really just makes your house burst! My grandpa had a cobblestone driveway put in back in the 80's and I always loved it.

That is a beautiful driveway. We payed $4500 for our concrete driveway 9 years ago and it is about that size. Hmmmmm I like the pavers much better.
