We're going to the Princess Ball Pin Event!

I'm sooooo excited! I got a phone call late this afternoon from Walt Disney World Special Event Services. My daughter and I were on the waiting list for the event, and two spots opened up. We can't believe it! I honestly hadn't been thinking about getting a call - I figured it was hopeless. My daughter is really excited - she's never been to any "official" pin events. Hope to see lots of you there!

Forgive my ignorance - my daughter wants to know what the "Boa Brigade" is. Anyone?

If you go to TDS, you will see that they are selling boas in all different colors (I think they are actually 50% off right now). Several of us are wearing a boa in the color of our favorite Disney princess (mine is yellow) to the Princess Ball, hence...The Boa Brigade...and Raul (he is wearing a boa !!and a tiara, but I will let him explain all of that!)

After I saw this thread I called Event Services. While they have had cancellations for the Pin Event, that haven't had any for the Breakfast.

We will definitely be stopping by the Contemporary on Friday night. We had such a good time there on our first visit (over MLK weekend) - we wouldn't miss it!
