We're going to Disneyland NEXT WEEK!

I'm going to Disneyland on Monday! Just had to share with people who I knew would be as excited as I am.

We got APs during our Spring Break trip in April, knowing we had to make another trip down in October to a supplier we use who just happens to be in Ontario. Well, we had to change suppliers! So I knew we wouldn't be going until December when we take our grandbabies for their first trip. BUT...

I did the math, and my adult daughter, my two teen boys, and my 11-year-old son can all go next week! WOO HOO!!! We'll be at the park Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Now to go read all the Star Tours threads and figure out strategy. (I wasn't really worried about it because I figured it would all settle out before I had the chance to get down there.)

Have fun! We had a blast this past week. My family was able to ride Star Tours twice. Really it's a matter of riding at opening (or MM), or getting fast passes first thing in the morning. We could have done this each morning, but we also wanted to get Nemo in there and Fantasyland during our days.

Today begins my 7 day countdown and I am just about jumping out of my seat with excitement (in between freaking out about all I have to get done between then and now).
My H doesn't share my excitement and my DS doesn't get what's going on really...
So I will do the happy dance with you! Have a great time!

Awwwwwww. I knew you all would understand! (My family thinks I'm a nut.) But I grew up down there and could go whenever I wanted (in fact, my girlfriends and I went almost every Friday night for dancing my senior year in high school!)

Two of our mornings are Magic Mornings (which we as APs don't get to participate in). So I'm thinking the FPs for Star Tours will be first on my list those mornings. I might send the kids to ride Indiana Jones (as I don't ride it) and I'll go wait for the FPs. I hope the line won't be too long for FPs!

I also think we'll be hopping over to DCA at 9:30 to ride Soarin', get WoC FPs and ride "The Little Mermaid". (Not sure what order. Going to do more reading!)

Congrats! Our original trip was to leave next Thursday. Unfortunately we had to postpone and now we have 30 days to go. Hope it flies by as does your week.

I wish we were going next week. We have 24 days to go. I think I am more excited than the kids. My family are first timers and can't wait. Have fun and I know you will.
