Thanks to everyone here who chimed in on my questions regarding home resorts. We found a listing for BWV that we liked, made an offer and it was accepted. Now comes the waiting part for ROFR. I don't think there should be a problem, but I guess you never know until you know.

Anyway, I cannot wait to become a full-fledged DVC member!
