Were engaged!!!

I am so excited. It happened yesterday! We went for a romantic walk by the river and he stopped and got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. and I started to cry and my make-up started to run and I said yes!

Then the phone calls began. I was very nervous calling my parents because he had a falling out with them 2 years ago and they haven't talked since. But when I told them they were very happy for me. We ended up going to dinner at the resturant that I am the pastry chef at, and had dinner. Everyone was very happy for us. the best part about dinner. We got the bill and instead of the bill we got a message from my parents saying We Love you MOM and DAD!!!

They had paid for our dinner! So I stared to cry again and so did he and we knew that it would be ok and good from here on out. They invited us over and to talk so, its a work in progress but a great one at that.

I am very happy. now the plaining begins. I will take a picture of my ring when I can..it is going to be sized today. hopefully it won't take to long.

Thanks everyone. I am so happy. I just had to give up my ring for 10days so that it could be down sized, I don't want to lose it.

And My parents just surpised us tonight that we will be able to use there DVC for our honeymoon. Yeah.

I wish I could...but money is tight seeing how we want to buy a house also. So it will be a small wedding and then honeymoon in Disney. which is very fine with me.
