we're doing O'hana!

We had some issues with selecting a restaurant that was reasonably priced and we wanted it to be interesting and fun with good food. I never thought of o'hana, but I came across it in my search and as soon as I read the description, I knew it was great! So, we are taking all of the wedding guests there after the wedding. We're excited!
Oh! We also got cindy's for breakfast after our honeymoon pictures!!
It is really coming up fast. We are starting to get very anxious!!!!

Great selection! Seriously you could not have picked a better restaurant! Reasonably priced but in my humble opinion Ohanas is the BEST restaurant in ALL of Disney World and thats coming from someone who HATES going out to eat. Your guests will love it and the atmosphere is amazing! Just picture walking into the Polynesians looming front entrance surrounded by greenery and walking up the stairs to the restaurant's theming. You'll have a great time! And congrats on the Cindy's royal table reservations! Have a great wedding and reception!

It's located at the Poly resort. That's a GREAT selection!! We have our Dinner rehearsal planned there!!

You will love O'Hana's. They are very interactive. I've never been there that they didn't get the guests involved in some activity. It's a lot of fun!

We had our after wedding dinner there too! LOVED IT! We had a hula hooping contest and our just married Hawaiian dance! It was a blast! You picked a good place!

That is where we are planning on going after our wedding as well! That is one of my favorite restaurants and my DH2B has never been there so it will be super cool for him! We are going to try and plan it so we will be able to see the fireworks at MK!

Just wondering how many people you are going to have in your group, we have 25 and I want to know how it was for other big groups. I know we probably won't be able to all sit at the same table, but I hope that it will still be fun!

not having any wedding event at ohana's but we did have a dinner for 20 there on a family reunion/vacation trip in 2000. the atmosphere is great, tropical & fun, you are served family style all you can eat, on very long tables we were all seated together on 1 table. you can also see the magic kingdom fireworks from this second floor restaurant.

I stayed at the Polynesian in May 2004 and we loved to eat in O'Hana's. I think we ate there around 3 or 4 times. It was never boring, there was something going on at every moment. I don't know if you can request a waitor, but if you can we had Cliff. He was an amazing waitor and made sure we were having fun. He even took pictures with us. My mother sent a letter to say how great he was.
