We're booked

Well, it's not exactly WDW but time for DH to have his dream holiday now so we're booked for 3 weeks in Italy during the summer school break

Thanks to Ang1e suggesting Ryanair I've managed to get brilliant flights from Stansted to Ancona

The deposit is paid on the hotel
Just got to take the plunge and do the carhire (silly price as I can only drive an automatic!! ) and book the airport hotel and car park tomorrow

Now back to the Italian travel books I got from the library......

Anyone know if there's an Italian equivalent of the DIS boards..............

Just started to worry, this afternoon, about feeling underdressed alongside all the glamorous Italian ladies..
Think I'll survive tho

I'm in busy 'planning' mode but am mindful that we don't want to go for 'culture overload'..................

For that reason I've booked a hotel, by the beach, with an extra room in case Phil needs to be left alone if he's feeling shattered, or ill

We're off for 3 weeks to enable us to spend a night or two in Assisi or Urbino, should Phil feel the need to, without jeopardising my relaxation time (not sure I remember how to do this but in our friend's 'important tips'............... ) nor Eve's summer break.

Just got to convince myself that I don't need to 'shop for England', clothes wise, between now and then - the only thing I ever enjoy shopping for is shoes....

We're so, so lucky to be able to do this.
Phil has been jumping up and down, waving his Raphael book for the last 2 days
