trying to get myself together didnt sleep much on the plane coming back and also lastnight hehehe

gotta love jetlag
there were a few problems with the hotel when we first got there. They gave us the rooms, one room was very untidy there were empty shopping bags everywhere, dirty towels on the bathroom floor and also the beds were not made.
they moved us to another 2 rooms that we didnt realise until the next morning were missing the fridge's and microwaves, and also the shower didnt work in the one room.
we were moved again later that day to 2 new rooms which were ajoining (which we were told were not available on checking in)
then on the day we left the taxi that the reception booked for us didnt turn up and then we found out they booked it for the day before.
the staff were always unhelpfull and always 'didnt know' when u needed to ask them anything, plus having a nice bill for $30 for local calls we though were free. But because we didnt ASK to pay the $1.50 per day for this the 'free local calls' on the phone in the room doesnt mean anything.
When we got to the Virgin Downtown Check in all was going well until we noticed that the seats she was trying to give us were different to the ones we pre booked 180 days before over the phone.
at which point the very nice lady then became very snotty and pointed out that it was a 'pre request for a seat and that there is no guarantee you will have it, and our seats were now given to someone else' then after a long conversation about what is the point on letting people pre book the seats over the phone she then said she would see what she could do, the seats she was trying to give us wasnt even with us sitting together.
anyway she came back from the other terminal and said she got us all sitting together IN THE SAME SEATS WE PRE BOOKED sorry 'pre requested' hehehe
flights were good though, same level as our previous visits.
other problem was house of blues, they didnt seem to be busy so we asked about a table for 8 they said would be 30 min wait. nps we had a drink outside with the nice lil pager. anyhow after an hour went to ask about the table were then told oh just go straight in.......after standing inside another 20 mins asked about the table were then told 'its just being made up now' couple mins later were taken in and put in a table in a room on the left side that was half empty, well after 10 mins we knew why, it was so cold that the food went cold before we finished it. asked a couple of times if they could turn the air con down they said they would sort it but it didnt change. got to the point where i took my daughter outside because she started to cry cause she was so cold... hehe comes to something when you have to go outside to warm up. Manager was very very unhelpfull, we didnt want anything from them just wanted to let him know how cold it was. my aunt put her hand on his to show him how cold she was and he then made her feel she has assulted him. after 3/4 meals there previous i wouldnt return. food was good while it was hot LOL.
oh just remembered. Happy limo very very very good BUT if you are paying by cash make sure u get a receipt becuase i was lucky to have the same driver coming back, when we were getting in the limo he called me to one side and said ' your credit card has been declined' (due to me changing companys since the booking) i was 'i paid you cash when u dropped me at the hotel the 2 weeks before' and after talking it through with him he did remember only through a joke i made about the notes being new and crisp but the office had no record of it and he said he will sort it out, it may have been a different story if it was a different driver.
Overall thou was amazing 2 weeks did far more than we thought we would and yea rain weather was way to humid first week and a day we had in epcot with the rain i thought i was going to have to buy a boat
i did grab some extra maps too while i was there, i will sort through what i have and if anyone wants any i will be more than happy to post them
