And we had a great time! Much busier than it was last year at the same time... but we still had very little waits by following the rules: we got there at rope drop, left at lunch for naps, and came back from dinner to close (or fireworks on the late nights)... and we used our fastpasses religiously. Our longest wait was for Nemo--20 minutes in the late morning. We skipped it our last 2 visits because of the hour plus waits. Most rides we were on in 10 minutes or less. My feet still hurt from all the walking and 6 days of putting them through the rigors of a busy trip. But we rode everything at least once, most things 2-3 times. Even spent time in Innoventions this time, which we don't normally do...

I'll type up a crazy long trip report soon, but if you have any ?'s I'd be happy to answer them.

Oh, we did almost every character meal too... and loved it!!

Did you make up your own touring plans or use UG or Ridemax?

We used Ridemax in October of '07... and then kinda knew how to hit everything for the May '08 and this trip... if I was going to go during peak times, I might do ridemax again... but I don't think you could pay me to go to DL during peak season!!
