WE'RE BACK!!! I'm SO EXCITED & it is all thanks to RPs

I am so excited tht I can hardly stand it. Tomorrow is the day my son finds out that the BIG surprise that he has been waiting for is actually a trip to WDW!!! He and his brother are convinced that they are going to Dave & Buster's I made up a book for him that he has to read thru to find out what his surprise is! We are going to wrap it up like a present and then tape him reading thru it! I can't wait to see the look on his face

OK so what does this have to do with rewards programs? EVERYTHING! This trip is being entirely financed by rewards programs earnings The room and all food will be paid for using gc and Disney Dollars from SR, airfare was paid for from surveys and mystery shopping!!! Plus I hae earned almost enough to pay for our Sept trip as well

I am so glad that I have found these programs! They have made my and my families Disney dreams come true

May 10 is my DD's birthday, too! You have to let us know how the big surprise goes over! You must be busting at the seams with anticipation!

Kudos to you for being able to fully fund your trip with rewards programs! It's been a long time since I've been able to do that! But even the crumbs I manage to get from RPs helps to make each trip more special. Enjoy!

WOW, the entire trip and part of another!!!!?? And I thought I was doing OK.


Lucky kiddo. My brother and I were surprised by a Disneyland trip, though we weren't informed until we were taking the exit and going to the DLH!!! We were driving back home from a Thanksgiving in Arizona, and had been BEGGING the whole trip to go, but were told "no no no, can't do it" until we believed it...saw the signs, made one more last-ditch "pleasssssssssse", and then found out the whole thing had been long-planned.

It was the best. First time eating room service (scrambled eggs), the whole trip was great (except for my mom getting a migraine and going back to the room after the teacups) and it was SO great to have such a surprise.

How exciting!!! How did the big reveal go?

Well we are back (this week has been really hectic aso I haven't had a chance to update until now.)

We had a GREAT time! It was exhausting but we had a blast. When we first gave him his big surprise he thought we were talking about the Sept trip and then it began to set in. He just kept saying "yeah, there are alot of sleeps till Disney World." On the way to the airport he was just grining from ear to ear. At one point he said " I LOVE Disney World!" I said "I know that is why we gave you a trip for your birthday." He then said "that was a REALLY great idea, mom!!!" That right there made it all worth it!!! My son is mildly autistic and for him to express a thought like that made it even more special! It was the kids first trip to POP and they loved it! Everything went well. It truly was a magical trip! I'll post some pictures over the weekend!


I spent a little more than I had planned so of course I had to come back and earn more rewards! At least I came in second on the CD contest yesterday so 500 feathers (or almost $35 in Disney Dollars for me ) plus it put me in the running for the overall May contest for a few more feathers I was frantically doing surveys all last night to try and post as much as I could. It was exhausting!!!

Between the trip and the CD contest I plan on just crashing this weekend (except for those piles of laundry that DH couldn't manage to find the time for while we were gone )
