We're ALL Mad Here - March (Hare) Exercise Challenge

/
Good morning and congratulations to ALL on a huge day yesterday! Over 900 minutes were reported in! And a special congratulations to kathleen27 for reaching 10% of her goal and Alice Blue, and to galaxygirl76, PollyannaMom and Tasha228 for reaching 25% of their goal and March Hare Orange!

The second Alice in Wonderland themed ride in Disneyland is, of course, the Mad Tea Party, aka the spinning teacups ride, aka that ride at least half of all adults refuse to go on because they'd like to continue enjoying that churro they just had. Guests choosing to brave this attraction ride in teacups in groups around a central hub, AND can make their teacup spin in its own circle as fast or slow or as many times as they wish. This ride appears in all five currently open Disney parks around the world. While it is also called the Mad Tea Party at the Magic Kingdom in Disney World, it is known as Alice's Tea Party at Tokyo Disneyland, Mad Hatter's Tea Cups at Disneyland Paris, and Mad Hatter Tea Cups at Hong Kong Disneyland. All five versions of the attraction are located in Fantasyland, and all except the Tokyo version were opening day attractions at their respective parks. The Disneyland, Disneyland Paris and Hong Kong Disneyland versions do not have a big teapot in the center of the ride platform. In the US parks, this is also a popular spot for meet and greets with various Alice characters.

Here's a ride through!:

I am adding 75 minutes so far today. 20 PT and core work, 30 minute run, 10 minute walk, 15 minutes strength. I am going to try to get in more core work and a glute workout later. I am dealing with some pain issues while running that I need to address and my PT tells me "lazy" glutes are a big part of my problem.

405/1500

25 minutes (adjusted) of walking today. It was such a nice day that I took both of the "furry princesses" out on their leashes (one at a time, of course - they never want to go in the same direction!)
I only counted half the time, though, since they're big believers in that whole "stop and smell the flowers" thing. :daisy:

new total = 155/600
