it's a big one near my house, the first Saturday of every month.

Picked up 2 four packs of 400 speed film (24 exposures per role) for $6 each ($12 total....no tax, of course) The film expires in 2006.

Also picked up 6 of those mini hardback American Girls books for the plane ride for dd (.75 each)

I also found a potato head set with a bunch of accessories for $1. I plan to buy the Disney accessories for it at DD. My kids have outgrown it, but I'll use it for work (I work in a special ed preschool)

Best of all, except for a few books for me (to save for the plane) THAT'S ALL I BOUGHT! I don't need alot of extra "stuff" and it's so easy to buy it at the flea market.

Great cheap finds, Julia!

We don't have any decent flea markets nearby, but I satisfy my urge to shop by going to yard sales and estate sales. I figure I can easily spend 100 bucks on impulse purchses at places like Target, so why not just avoid them when I've got the "shopping bug," and spend 5-10% of that amount at yard sales.
