Went to book with the 20/30/40 pin code....

So, I just got off the phone with Disney reservations to book my June 21-29 2010 trip. She put in the code and said POR is booked for this timeframe with that code. So she tried something else and pulled up her calendar and said the 20/30/40 pin code has blackout dates of June 2 through August 4. WHAT!!?!! I said! But my email says most nights 4-11 through 7-1 and again 7-5 through 10-7. "Well, I have my calendar pulled up and this is what it says."
Does not make sense! Anyone else have an issue with this???:confused3
 
Well, I called back and got a very nice CM on the line and she WAS able to apply the pin and saved me almost $600! Now that was worth a phone call back!!:cool1:

Good! I was wondering why on earth they would send you a pin, and then tell you it wasn't right. That was well worth a call back:thumbsup2
 
Either you got a different pin or your CM did something majorly wrong. I booked w/ the 20/30/30 pin last week for May 23rd-30th at POR. I also priced and was given the discounted rate at Poly, CR, CBR, and WL for that week. Call back and get someone else and try again.

I wonder if I got something elses applied because the 2nd CM said she was changing some numbers and voila- I had a significant savings!! I am just glad it was changed!
 
I have read that some got a similiar pin but it didn't go through the entire year.

Maybe the codes are close and the first CM put that in instead of the one you got that was good and thus the confusion.

I am so glad that you decided to call back and see if the answer would be different as many times it is!

You know, I hate to say this, but I got 3 emails with the same pin code offers. When I called the first CM I used one code and the second time I called I opened another email and gave a second code. Well, I just looked at all 3 emails and the one I gave the first CM is different from the other 2. I wonder if there was something wrong with that code or actually did have more blackout dates????
