Went to a wake/service today

for Chris. Jo was doing OK do to meds.

Lots of people I haven't seen in a long time. Made me feel good they were all there for both of them.

Music playing in the background (his request) - Jimmy Buffet. That's my Chris alright!

{{HUGS}} Marilyn......I'm glad it went well....Chris sounds like he really was a great guy! ....I'm glad Jo has a method to ease things for her.....While the meds are a short term help....you're friendship will be a much more powerful aid to her over the coming weeks/months...I'm sure!

Thanks everyone. I told her today I would be there for her any time she needs me.

I know she is strong and just has to pull that strength out now. DH told her when we left that he loves her, which made me so happy because he usually does not say that to people outside the family.

We will be here for her in any way we can.
