Went on a cruise!

I came back and I was 5lbs Lighter!! That puts me with 25 lbs to go!! I was 200+ . I'm 190 now ! Would love to get down to 160lb. I'm 5' 10 and 33 yrs. old.

Thanks everyone! I stayed on Atkins the whole cruise. Plus I used the stairs alot!!
