I heard back from Wendy's Corporate. This is a copy of the email:

Thanks for telling us what you think about the Dave’s Hot ‘N Juicy cheeseburger line and recent changes such as our packaging. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the changes have caused you. We know that everyone has a strong opinion about what makes a great cheeseburger and we’re sorry to hear that you don’t like the new Dave’s Hot ‘N Juicy packaging.

Because it’s a new product, we are keeping a close eye on what our customers are saying. I will share your comments with the product development team so they are aware of your feedback and I apologize for the inconvenience in the meanwhile.

So I guess we'll eventually see how many agree with me and how many like the new packaging. It really is no inconvenience, but I do appreciate hearing back from them.
