Wendy's Budget Rental Code - no coupon allowed

Anyone rent from Budget under the Wendy special? I had a 25 coupon as well and when I called today to verify it was good, the agent said NO coupons were good with the Wendy SUV special...Anyone else?

I used the code in March and even though the fine print said no coupons allowed, the coupon added fine to my online reservation and the $25 came off our bill when we returned the car. YMMV.
