Wendy's Airtran Coupons Question

Has anyone sent in their coupons recently? I'm wondering about how long it's taking to get them credited to your account.

I just called them today because I sent in 32 coupons on 11/20 and they are still not credited to my account. The lady I spoke to said they still have hundreds of bins of envelopes that are unopened!

I sure hope the credit shows up soom because how do I porve I sent them?

I sent my coupons in last month. I think around the first week in Dec. and they were credited in 2 weeks. I guess I got lucky?
We still have my husbands to send in, we might have a long wait for those to be credited

I sent mine insured with d/c.

I sent mine with insurance & DC and they showed up in about 10 days.

We are just getting ours ready to mail. They are all cut out. How did you mail them? the website says an evenlope, we put 32 and it is so full. i would hate for anything to happen to the evenlope. I know what insurance but what is DC?
I bet they are getting a ton of them in right now.

A priority video size box is what I used, they fit in there very nicely.

Mine took about 2 weeks to get credited to my account. I sent put 32 in each envelope. Since they were so thick, I peeled the wax backs off of the tickets so they were thinner. It was a pain and took a long time since I sent in enough for 5 tickets.

I send them priority mail with delivery confirmation.

I used the flat rate priority envelope (3.85) and put in 2 white envelopes marked with name address & A+#. DC= Delivery confrmation I also insured the envelope.

I also used the flate-rate cardboard Priority Mail envelope after I called Airtran to see if it would be acceptable. According to the "rules" I had at the time it said they were supposed to be sent in a business-size envelope, but the rep said that their rules were updated due to the size & weight of the coupons.

I put all of mine in a Ziploc bag with my info cleared marked on the bag and again on the 3 x 5 card that was stipulated. I also sent DH's the same way, but in a seperate envie.

They were both credited on the 9th day after they were sent!

I put ours(separately) in the required envelope and sealed it with packing tape. It took about 2 1/2 -3 weeks to receive the credit-I also sent them with return confirmation.
