Welsh Festival at DLP

as well as st patrick's day DLRP is celebrating st Davids day. from the 1st march - 4th March, with fire works on the 3rd March.

I saw that too. We will be there for the Welsh Festival as we are there from 2nd-7th March. Does anybody know what time they usually set off the fireworks?
