Wellesley Inn International Drive - has it changed owners?

I made a reservation with Wellesley Inn on I-Drive (I think it was formerly the MIC Lakeside?) I cancelled the reservation on-line on 1st April but just returned from holiday to find what I presume is a charge for no-show for $122 on my credit card bill!! This particular hotel is not listed on the Wellesley Inns & Suites website's hotel directory. The cancellation e-mail I have is from primehospitality.com (I think Prime own Wellesley Inn & Amerisuites?). Anyone know if this hotel has changed hands or is now owned by another chain or any info at all?
