According to the Gallup tracking polls, Obama's approval rating has dropped 2 points, from 69% to 67%, in the 7 days he has been in office.. It will fall below 50% before spring..

While I disagree that it will hit 50% any time soon, it's still got a long way to go before it reaches 22% like someone else we know had :rotfl:

And it took you even less time to post this. Were you waiting patiently for that 2 point drop:rotfl2: .

2 points is well within the margin error, and he's only been in office a week. I can't believe there are people just waiting for him to fail. Regardless of whether or not you voted for him, I would think that you would want his approval rating to be high because that would mean that the country has confidence that their president is representing them appropriately.

What "People" think and what I think are often times not the same thing. There is a single approval rating to me that matters, and that's what I think. Right now I don't have any issues with what he has been doing, I am however, sure that will change shortly. I'll get back to you then.

Actually, as stated earlier 2 points is well within the margin of error (you normally see the margin of error as +/- 3 points on these types of surveys). Therefore it is not a statistically significant difference. It could very well be that his approval rating has not dropped at all. Once I start seeing results well outside the margin of error I will take notice.

At 69 with a margin of error of 3 he could have been as high as 72 and as low as 66 with a 67 those numbers change to 70 and 64. He isn't running against anyone exept for himself at this moment, so those numbers are statistically significant.

Okay...I'll say it...who the hell cares.

Let's wait and take a peek at what he does.

People people....

Why get upset and argue with the OP. If he/she wants to start a poll everyday about it, thats fine because.............................

He is PRESIDENT of the United States of America!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He hit the ground running and is trying to keep some of his campaign promises while trying to figure out what to do in the middle east...not even in a week and has sent his people over there to be DIPLOMATIC..WOW Did Bush know what that word meant????? Trying to help the economy and create about 4 million jobs for those of us who are unemployed. He is trying to correct the problems instead of throwing $300 bucks at it.

You can talk all you want and I know everyone is just waiting for him to fail.

But guess what HE ISN'T. Sorry to dissappoint you all. :flower3:

$3 trillion in debt later......The bozo is in WAY over his head..

I did not vote for Obama, but I certainly don't want to see him fail. As a PP said, he is the Pres of the USA, and therefore, I support him. From what I have seen so far, on Fox News I might add, he has rolled up his sleeves and gotten to work.

I find it funny that they would do a poll when he hadn't even been in office a week!

I can't tell what the media is trying to say now.....good or bad.
