Well Stocked kitchens?

We are new owners and just booked out first DVC trip (woo-hoo!)
We will be staying at SSR over Thanksgiving in a 1BR and I plan on cooking a small Thanksgiving meal for our family while there. How well equipped is the kitchen? Other that plates, cups & silverware, I'm wondering what is typically stocked in the kitchen. Is there sufficient cookware/ pans etc to make a larger meal?
