Been shopping today in a large department store, when i noticed, wait for it...................................



Christmas trees, decorations, advent calenders etc...


The section is up and ready. Another large shop is starting and has the multi pack of christmas cards out.


This had me nervous and had to start buying presents lol.

DH sent me out to the toy shop to get things in so there is no stopping me now

I know its enevitable now, I saw a whole aisle at Sainsburys for Xmas, funny thing was only a little stand for halloween, I want to have fun with this first, still wouldn't hurt to start saving now for Xmas

Well I've bought all of my Halloween things, so I suppose I am officially ready for Christmas.

Oh no I haven't even been on my summer holiday yet! We've still got Halloween and Bonfire Night to go yet (how long before they start making bonfire night cards eh?) I saw an aisle in Morrissons today devoted to christmas too.

Brilliant news!!! I'm going to Selfridges with my daughter next week to pick up a few new decorations as I'd like an extra tree this year. But what I'd really like to do is visit DLP and go to their Christmas shop...

I'd just like to decorate full stop!! With being at uni and in university halls last year we got chucked out as soon as term finished which was still over two weeks before xmas so it didn't really feel right to decorate for a few days then have to go home and not come back till after the event.

This year though I'm only home for xmas eve, xmas day, boxing day so I will be buying a small tree and tinsel and everything....im actually quite excited...my first self decorated xmas home

I might have to go out and find some decs now.....
