And Im gonna tell ya the good, bad, and ugly.....This will prolly be very long, but here goes....
Friday, August 15th, flight down was good. we got to the Music Resort at around 10:30pm.
Saturday, August 16th, My mother, sister, DD, niece, and DS went to Epcot. It was very enjoyable. We went to the World Showcase because all be me had never see it. We had lunch at Chefs de France. It was amazing!!! I had the quiche lorraine and chocolate mousse, sis had the mac and cheese and the caramel apple crepe, mom had the ham and cheese sammy and the creme brulee. All amazing. Took the kiddos to see Mickey Mouse and my son-1 went NUTS over him!!! Kept yelling MOUSE MOUSE!!! Hugged him and loved on him. It was the cutest thing I ever saw!!! Went to the Grand gatherings Fireworks voyage. Not worth the money paid for it. the "snacks" given was cotton candy, pre packaged brownies and trail mix, and nuts. I could have gotten that anywhere and saw the fireworks from the park. Very disappointing!!
Sunday August 17th, all 13 of us went to Animal Kingdom. The fun began.....My sister and her hubby acted very ungrateful to everyone there. They didnt pay for ANYTHING. Had everything taken care of for them. We were on the dining plan so it was paid for by my parents. We went on the Grand Gatherings Safari. the kids LOVED it. We had dinner at tusker house and everyone but the ungratefuls thought it was awsome. Sister even made comment it was just a big waste of money to even be at Disney!!!! GRRRR....ON we go...
Monday August 18th, we went to Magic Kingdom. Sis mysteriously got a "headache" refused to go that day. DAY WENT WONDERFULLY!!! Awful of me to say, but it did. We had a character breakfast at Crystal Palace and it was wonderful. Son loved all characters. Rest of the day went good......UNTIL FAYE decided to come see us!!! It rained most of the afternoon. WE went back to the room cause I didnt want my son in the rain.
Tuesday August 19th......Faye still around. ALL DAY RAIN!!! Went back to the magic kingdom. Took the two girls to the bibbidi bobbidi boutique. They were both dressed as cinderella. My DD LOVED it. My niece could care less. she's 6 btw. DD is 5. So all day in the rain my dd wore her poncho and kept it pulled snuggly over her head to keep her hair dry so her "pretty hair" wouldnt get messed up. Neice didnt care. about an hour after that $60 boutique visit, her's was messed up. Ungrateful, just like her parents. WE went to CRT for lunch. I LOVED it and so did everyone but the ungratefuls. I had the Major Domo's favorite pie, DH had the salmon, and DD had chicken. They even brought my DS some buttered noodles and a sundae for dessert. LOVED it. Would do lunch there again.
Wednesday August 20th.......YES FAY STILL THERE!!! But WE decided since we would get wet anyways lets go to typhoon lagoon. It was really fun....hardly anyone there cause of the rain....lol. WE just walked up to the slides and went down. Each at least 3 times. OH gotta tell ya....The ungratefuls didnt have to pay for that either....My parents did....even though we had to pay for me and DH and my lil sis and her BF had to pay for themselves too.....GRRRRR.
Thursday, August 21st.....YES FAYE STILL AROUND!!!! We went to Epcot with everyone this time. DH and I have been to disney 6 times before. We have kinda gotten down how things should go to work smoothly. WE hadnt fed the kids yet so we say to everyone we need to go get fast passes to Soarin' so we can ride it without waiting a hour. then go feed the kids. Thought thats what was gonna happen.....NOPE. We walked into "the Land" and got our fast passes and went to get some lunch.....looked back, NO ONE THERE!!! By this time my hubby was TICKED off. He said he didnt care what happened with them....So we had all day to ourselves and it was nice. We got a lot done. Dinner at Le Cellier was amazing....
Friday August 22nd......FAYE JUST WONT GO AWAY.....We went to Hollywood Studios. by this time Im in tears and just dont give a rats @$$ what we do. My sister wispered something to my mother and then she says do you wanna go do your own thing....DH says Yes we do and we left. Day went good. We went to Hollywood and Vine for Dinner. It was pretty good. not enough selections if you ask me, but what they did have was good. Had VIP seating to Fantasmic.......Got rained out....NO fireworks....
Saturday August 23rd......FAYE LEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woo hoo....We went back to hollywood studios. did our own thing again. Toy Story was GREAT!!! DS loved it. He even got 1300 points by himself....remember hes 1!!! and then....IT RAINED AGAIN!!! But this time it wasnt too awful bad. WE had dinner at Sci-Fi dine in.....the ribs were ok, but not enough of a portion for the $20 that you have to pay for it. My DH got the butcher steak...was the nastiest thing ive ever had....his words. The cheesecake was good though. If we go back its ribs again for us!!!
Sunday August 24th.....NO RAIN!!! Go figure...on the day we leave we dont have any rain. flight went smooth. took my sister and her dd back to my moms house, loaded all my stuff up and drove the 3 hours back to my house. Got home about 1am. But glad to be home......OH found out on this day too that My sister and her hubby brought WEED on the plane on the way down!!! They told my hubby and he was ready to kick some @--!!! He thought they put it in our truck on the way down. I-95 is drug central. they will stop you and search you for no reason. He was mad. Then he got even more mad when he found out that it was with them on the plane and he could have gotten the other 10 of us in to trouble!!! He says he's done with them and that he is not gonna do anything else with them. next year....its just gonna be Me, Hubby, DD, and DS. and THATS IT!!! But I still LOVE Disney!!!
