Well I jumped off the wagon.....

I stopped doing Atkins about 3 mo ago. In that time I tried to watch my carbs, but so many life changing events made that impossible.

As of Feb 1st, my weight was 147lbs. As of Feb 1st. I am leaping back on the Atkins bandwagon. Starting over....back in phase one...so hopefully I will feel better soon...

And the best part is.....DH is doing it with me....
