So, all your hard work is paying off. Good for you. Take a look at the fat content (and therefore the calorie count) of what you are currently eating. Try to cut back on the highest caloric items. That will help you past the stall. Be judicious in cutting back on fat though, don't forget the satiation value.
Low carb is a tricky science, but one well worth pursuing as you are finding out.
