Our family just returned from ten wonderful days in Disney World, and we couldn't help but notice all the British people around us, everywhere we turned we heard your lovely accents. We didn't mind being stuck in a line as long as we could hear you behind us :) But tell us please, why so many of you have decided to visit WDW the first few weeks of August? Ahhh, if only you would visit the Boston area... :)

Hi there Saphire - forgive us for not responding sooner, we spend a lot of our time on the UK DIS - you'd be very welcome to join us on the boards there :) at www.wdwinfo.co.uk/boards
August is the time when all the schools, colleges etc are on holiday and it makes it a peak month for families to take their holidays, so that is why you see so many UK people out there. Florida is the top holiday destination now for the UK.
Hope to speak to you on the boards again soon :)

Saphire - Hi,

Do you have any links to a list of things to do and see in Boston?

We may check it out later.

Is the "Cheers" bar still there?

Thanks for the replies! BONZO, we are under major construction in our city (they call it the "big dig"). It will be complete in a few years time, meanwhile it is difficult to get around certain sections of the city. However, we still have many visitors and lovely places to see.

Here are a few sites to explore Boston.

(Notice: The first site has details about the Cheers Pub;) )

Hope this helps!
