Actually are you sure he didn't mean 'verve', you know , we Asians sometimes have problems with the V sound and TWO Vs-ohboy!! The first one might come out ok---seeing how he's HALF Japanese, he can hit at least one of those suckers--but by the time he gets around the 'r' sound--also hard--that second 'v' might come out like a 'b'.
