I just amused dd#2. She was yelling for me from the couch in the playroom. I walked in and told her she's not suppose to yell for me, she should come and find me and...."besides....your bottom is not sewn to the couch!" For some reason that comment amuses 4 year olds!

Amanda, with the sales they are having at the Disney Store right now, hopefully the checkbook will only say ouch instead of screaming it. Seriously, TDS in Toledo is a good one, had lots of great stuff for 60-75% off including pins. I came home with 4 pins (and I don't even collect them), a mickey pen, a Tink snowflake fleece shirt, Mickey socks, Eeyore socks, and a Disney music CD (for only $10.99!). I think that for all of this, I only spent $36.

I found a kiosk that sells charms. They only had 2 little trays of them, but they did have Disney, so now I have a Minnie Mouse charm.

This was a yaya mama pampering day. I didn't buy a thing for anyone else, had lunch out, got a manicure (only my 3rd time ever) and tried out one of those aqua massage machines. Pretty cool!

Oh, the most disappointing thing--they had a shirt in TDS that had my siggy clipart on it, only Minnie is wearing pink, but they only had it in kid's sizes.....what's up with that! I haven't seen anything with Minnie sitting like she is in my siggy ever until then.

My stupid cat just decided that my head needs a bath and is trying to lick my scalp--ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! I'm going to go have to put her up somewhere.

It sounds like you had a wonderful day shopping Bonnie! Don't ya just love to go by yourself and so whatever you want? And take your time without someone bugging you that they are bored and want to go home? I've never had a professional manicure. Buuuut, got a gift certificate to a beauty shop in Sears Tower across the street and they do them there. I am going to go on my lunch time in the next couple of weeks. I would love to have a French manicure. I love 'em! What is an aqual massage machine?

Bonnie, sounds like you had a great day!! I love days like that, although I very rarely get them. YAY for the Minnie charm. I think I'll hit TDS on Sunday and see if anything is left. I want some pins for oldest DS, who wants to start collecting/trading.

Pretty nice day out today. Although now they are saying we might get 2-4 inches of snow, and possible sleet tonight. Then Sunday it is supposed to get in the high 30's. Crazy weather.

I kept thinking how cute your girls would look in some of the stuff they have on sale today Amanda.

Marilyn, an aqua massage machine is one of those machines that you lay in and it shoots water out onto this cover so that it massages all your parts except your head. The water is heated so it feels good! My muscles felt so relaxed, but then I went and drove the turnpike home. What was I thinking?!

Hi all!

Boy did I have a fun day. I subbed in a 4th grade class. That was fun (I don't think I want them that age!). Unfortunately, 5 kids acted up in class and Music, so they are having to miss recess and go to the principal's office instead. I would do it again. And the principal said that she would give me a reference! Yippee.

Amanda, I totally understand why you would want to stay home with the kiddos. But, keep all your stuff current that way when they go to school, you can jump right in. I really am very lucky. The principal really seems to like the fact that I want to teach and is really behind me.

Jenny--Have a safe & Fun trip!!

Amanda just had the trip from Hell to the mall, she said Mandy was a bear....I'm sure she will tell you about it...
She spent $40 at the Disney store and said Mandy REALLY wanted this piano and threw a fit(well Amanda secretly bought it for her) and Cassie had to go potty and Mandy didn't want to go into the bathroom and was screaming the whole time and the security guard came in.. to check on her...SHe said YC store had 50% off some candles ...and that There would be NO game boy this weekend(for Mandy)
Now that DW is here I have a long post and there is no order to this post...lol...just rambling on...
