You've got that right girl! And thanks for the good luck wishes on the diet. Actually, I'm just changing my eating habits, which were very bad. So far, I have lost 4 1/2 lbs. I have a long way to go to get to my "ideal" weight (yeah, in my dreams ). I don't think I will ever reach an ideal weight, but if I can shed some pounds I will be happy.

WOW!! Sounds like we are going to have some fun. I can't wait to meet all of you. I have met Bonnie and Elaine, but that was before we were Ya Ya Sisters. 5 acres sounds so neat. We could go hiking on the land surrounding our Ya Ya cabin. I am getting so anxious. Just can't wait to meet: Jennifer, Beccy, Beth and of course our own Snow White, Jodie.

For anyone who is feeling the slightest bit wishy-washy on --although the Sunday nite rate is based on 2 persons, not 6 like the weekend, it's still a deal. $345 per nite for Fri. & Sat., then $200 for Sun. nite. If we have 8 people spending all three nites, and it's $20 per person over the base rate, that's
$345 + $40 for Fri.
$345 + $40 for Sat.
$200 + $120 for Sun.

Totaling $1,090 for the 3 nites, which works out to $136.25 each if we just split it equally (I mean, how do we decide which Ya Ya is a $20 extra person and which pays full price?). That's a really nice deal and it looks like a really nice place from the pix! I can bring along my air bed if anybody thinks there may be a 'bed sharing" problem. Or if we have more bodies than beds!! LOL!!!
Certainly cheaper than a hotel room and we'd all be together!!

Jodie, FUN doesn't even BEGIN to describe what this weekend is going to be like!!!! I fully agree on the need for "Private" and "5 acres of land"!! I say lock it in NOW!

Michele--your husband met a bunch of us at AK last month, did we act like ax murderers??? I have a feeling the closest thing to a weapon we might handle is a blow dryer!! (Except for Pam, that is)

Debbie, anything we can do to help? Letter of reference? Like from our church pastors or something?

Just kidding with you Michele. I really do hope that you can work it out to attend Camp Ya Ya. I also have a single air mattress that I can bring. I figured that if we didn't have enough beds then I would make Allison sleep on it if she comes.

Oh yes, Michele, tell DH that I have also had criminal background checks and fingerprinting several times for adoption and foster care and also because I work in long term care (nursing home) and they haven't found anything bad on me yet either. Not that they will, well, there was that one wild teenage escapade......(JUST KIDDING!!!!! I was one of the most boring teens around..except for the time that we put a for sale sign on the police station-but I was only 16, I swear to you I have grown up since then!)

Besides, tell dh (isn't he the cop?) that he's free to investigate us all and see that we are all harmless....
