Evening all!! YAY it's Friday night...and we have TWO days off!!!!! I went by the grocery store on the way home...got milk, bread, and other goodies.....then went to Blockbuster and got "Legally Blonde 2", "How to Deal", and "Stitch the movie"...

Also...for any SCI-FI fans out there...Stargate SG-1 has all new episodes starting TONIGHT at 9pm!!!

Nancy...not a Lucy fan, good luck getting rid of them, also, I saw you like cross stitch...there's a picture that I'm going to order from the Hershners catalog that is abolutely gorgeous...its a Geisha with her robes full of Japanese icons and symbols, it must have 30 or 40 colors. Here's the link This catalog has all kinds of neat things and not just cross stitich.
Hi to everyone else this evening too. Hope everyone's night gets better.

I took mom to the dr. today and the xrayed her hand and said it was just a bad bruise and that it would eventually feel better. Jarrod is with his dad so we went to dinner. During dinner my phone rang it was Jay (Jarrod's dad) wanting to know if I had to work tongiht. He said that his father invited everyone of the neighbors and a ton of other people over to the house for a little shin ding and they hadn't told Jay. Then he got stuck with jarrod's almost 2 year old cousin too. He said dinner was late, Jarrod was getting fussy (he doesn't do well with that many people in the house) and that he (jay) ws ready to pull his hair out. He even said that if we played scrabble or anything tonight to call him and he'd come over after jarrod went to bed. I told him I'd call him...but we aren't playing any games and besides they are his family and he needs to deal with them himself (he lives at home because he can't afford to live on his own....me I share the house and all the expenses with my mom as roommates). I also don't want Jarrod to get up and find his daddy gone, that would really freak him out!

That's all that is new here. We ar expecting more snow tomorrow. Hopefully it will wait until I get my hair cut and Jarrod and I get our pictures taken tomorrow afternoon. I'll be peeved if I have to reschedule a second time!!!

Kristy, in the "old" days of the yayas, when the REALLY chatty people were around....we never stayed any place longer than 2 weeks!! It was moving so fast!

Yes, love to cross stitch.
I used to get that catalog, but thought they were overpriced.
I buy pattern books and go buy the material and thread all separately.

I believe there are still a few available with great views and some even have their own wet bar! Hope you remembered to bring your own cabana boys, you may remember how possessive some of these girls can be!!! Did you get a chance to tour the place yet? The jacuzzi is fabamundo and the sound system in the Great Room is to die for! Oh, and I think there may be a bearskin rug or two still in storage from the ski lodge. Help yourself!

Jeannie, I know, I know.....it takes me 15 minutes to chip my way into my car too, when the snow comes down heavy. But today was just a dusting and it brushed right off easily. Nothing like what we had last year at this time!!! I will have to see if I can dig out a pic of that for ya. It was amazing!!

Sherry, that WOULD be so cool if there was an opening and Junior was able to get transferred to Florida (or.....Norfolk!!!) Ya know us Ya Yas throw a heck of a housewarming party!!
