We did get to the movie today. I was in heaven. Johnny by way of the King Can't get much better than that!

Also bought DS a dining room set.
We are picking it up tomorrow and assembling it

A wonderful morning planned for me today-NOT! I get to sit out in front of a bait store while my Boy Scout tries to sell first aid kits and Scout Blast tickets. I have a good mind to just buy them myself! Anyone want to come joine me???????????

Hello, ya ya's.


Yes, I've been MIA and I probably won't be around too much these next few weeks. We have some packed days ahead...and will be doing some packing, too.

New furniture comes on Wednesday, so we have to get rid of the old stuff. DH took the sawzall to the man eating couch and I have to load the pieces in the Jeep and bring them to the dump today. We did a big dump run on Thursday, too. Know anyone who wants a loveseat, got a rip in some of the cushions? Now I need to bug the neighbors today and see if they want the futon. It's in great shape, but if anyone's gonna use it to sleep, it will need a new mattress.

The dishwasher comes today!!! My house came with all those GE appliances, too. The dishwasher was absolute junk and died for good about 6 months ago. The other appliances are okay, although I had the repairman out for the washing machine once and replaced two igniters in the gas stove. That's probably why I'd never join the yaya's on the flat top craze--I love cooking with gas.

Okay, I'm back at page 130 and will attempt a ketchup:

Lainey got a new dishwasher, too! Yay!

Dr. Pepper!!! In the laptop I have the link to the original Dr. Pepper company and you can order cases of the real stuff. Name escapes me right now. Also, Passover's coming, so I'm gonna be on the hunt for the Coke with the special caps...kosher means no corn syrup for passover and I can have REAL coke. No more diet for me, even though I love Fresca and Diet Dr. Pepper. It's not worth it getting the migraines from Nutrasweet.

Tara, by the time you get to bring Jarrod and Ethan to WDW, I'll be there...I'll help you out!

Don't watch Survivor, but Tom is a family friend of one of my coworkers. She had him show up at a campsite near their home to freak out some friends!

Amanda, I love the colors for Cassie's room. The before pics are really nice, too. You're doing better than me-5 years, two rooms and it may go on the market in 2 weeks, at most 6 weeks!

Salsa...love the music, have two left feet. You can't stay in a bad mood listening to Salsa, that's for sure!

Whew, I just went through 20 pages...I need a nap. Alas, can't have one today...it's now past nine, so the dump's open. Drop off the halved couch and then go get Neil's meds. Dishwasher will be delivered between noon and four.

Rose Mary - what is Scout Blast?? First aid kits for a fundraiser - that sounds like a good idea!! Can you hit up companies? They are required by law to have first aid kits in bathrooms, work areas, etc...... I took my son to Scout Camp at 8:00 am this morning - he is helping onthe rifle range until after dark tonight.

Come on, Nancy - , don't you know, at the Boy Scout level, Mom's never have any good ideas...... we're only good for doing the laundry and baking cookies for the court of honors.....

I get so mad, sometimes! The men don't teach the boys how to get organized at all - I've got DS slowly learning to write avery activity down, xerox all paperwork, always bring a notebook and pencil, etc. with him.......
