Cassie's room is painted and very bright Now if I can just get everything back into it. With going to Dad's and church last night I didn't get to work on it. Guess what I will be doing tonight Now I am really wanting to paint my bedroom. I may actually try to do it myself

Liz...as for Todd rethinking the Disney trip, I am very tempted. The worst thing about vacations is deciding where to go. We still don't know where we are going Next year is suppose to be a cruise for our 10yr anniversary, without kids. Todd said he was thinking about going to Rome or someplace like that and I told him no way....I don't want to plan. I want it planned for me

Elaine...you snuck in on me. I rarely have cash. The one good thing about my job is you can use your id and have it taken out of your paycheck....sometimes a not so good thing, it adds up quickly.

I am not motivated to plan a trip or do anything...

Mandy is crabby today, she lost game cube for a week last night and Game Boy advance for another week. I told her she was gonna lose TV next, the attitude has to GO...

Cassie is coughing and I wonder if the medicine is working, and if I should send her to school....

Must watch Xavier at noon today; there playing #1 ranked St. Joes.....

Amanda, I am glad to hear that you have Cassie's room painted. I bet it looks great now!! Good luck putting everything back! Oh and I say paint your own room. I wound up doing that for my bedroom when I was a senior in HS and a year or so ago, I painted my dad's kitchen for him... it's not as hard as it might look

Right now I'd give anythign to use my ID to get the money taken out of a paycheck! All I want is a bottle of Coke to get me going. I was going to bring a can with me, but I totally forgot it

LOL, Rose Mary... I could always take a small break and go to the gas station just donw the road and charge it too... but I'm too lazy for that! I hope my card gets here soon.. I did get my pin yesterday so I am hopeful

Todd, do I need to go down there and whack you over the head??? You know dang well you need to plan a trip to WDW!!!! Even the moderates are only $74/night!! How can you pass up one of those???

Yes I am passing it up because airfare right now is outrageous I did look though and I was seriously thinking about it...

Good morning!!

I'm glad my yaya friends like the name. I'm really excited about it.

I'm hoping today is better than yesterday. At least 2 kids are suspended (but that means I have a ton of paperwork to do to track their behaviors!!)

I was going to take a half day sick day, but I have a meeting at 1015 so that gave that up!

Elaine... know the feeling about not having a card!! When my bank killed my card they immediately ordered a replacement but it isn't here yet. At least I know why they had to kill it! Good luck...go begging around the office, threaten to throw a giant fit if someone doesn't find you a soda!!! (well it works for pregnant women...I don't see why it wouldn't work for you!!!)

Amanda...I use the Triaminic long acting cough syrup...it's 8 hours so I can give it to Jar in the morning and then not have to give it again until I get home!

Tara, I hope your card gets there soon. They had to cancel mine for their own stupidity. Everywhere they wound up changing my address, except the card mailing address I had one eaten once because there was something wrong with a key on the machine and after so many wrong tries with a password, it just keeps it. Made me mad too!

Well I am really falling asleep right now. I can't believe the day isn't have over yet

Wanna go to WDW when the girls are taller & can ride more things...doesn't work this year, but we probaly won't go NEXT year...decisions, decisions...wanna try to go to a beach this year too...3-4 days at disney, 3-4 days at the beach? Not real sure if we're taking a week vacation...Just extended our Gatlinburg stay another day.. ..and Amanda's company stock is gonna split(2 for 1).. Trying to have spirits lifted but it is gloomy out..

Todd--How tall are the girls?? Evan just turned 4 and he is 40 inc tall. In Dec he was able to ride some of the bigger rides like BTMRR, ToT and Dinosaur. If they are that tall there are many rides they can ride.

Mandy is 6 and she isn't 40 " yet...
Cassie is as tall as she is...
Not sure if they'd ride any of the bigger rides though...
Would be nice to take a trip there being just the 4 of us...have yet to do that...

Good morning, everyone! So far, the day is beautiful with Just hope it stays that way.

Well, DH downloaded an upgrade from Gateway at home last night and the 'puter had a stroke! It's alive, but won't work He was on the phone till 11 last night with tech support, will get back at it tonight after work. Sigh....... I think I'm going into withdrawal.......

Not only that, but now my IM programs here at work are playing games! How am I supposed to stay connected with the outside world??!!

Love the remodeling and painting talk--wish we could do something interesting with our apartment, but we still don't even have the curtains up in the dining room. Finally got around to buying them last month, but the box just sits there......Gonna have to get motivated here soon.

Tara, I love the name you've chosen for Jar's new little brother! Hope the bully situation at school gets resolved soon--I see and hear so much about bullies terrorizing other kids. It can't be easy to teach or for the kids to learn in an atmosphere tinged with fear!

Todd, may I join you in your funk?! Must be those winter blahs--I am REALLY looking forward to the Chicago trip!! And don't go comparing your girls' heights to Deena's kid--I met her family and am convinced she feeds 'em Miracle Grow!!

Amanda, I vote for pix of Cassie's room too! I love the color scheme. Sorry to hear about her cough--will send that

Laine, soooooo frustrating to be without cash OR card!! We had the opposite happen with our ATM cards--bank sent out new ones a whole year ahead of time!! Sent mine a good 2 months after Dave's, too--go figure

Todd, how far away from 40" is Mandy? If she isn't too far you might be okay if you have slightly taller shoes. Not advising you compromis her safety or anything, but if she's only off by an inch or so, you can at least get on some of the bigger rides with her. I know I had to be a peanut when I was 5, but I truly loved BTMRR and all those at that age

And shoot, I was going to offer to go down with you and baby sit the girls for an evening so you and Amanda could have a nice dinner alone or something... I was only going to ask for a ride down there

I have officially decided that I need to live closer to WDW... I need to go more often
